Dr Borja del Pozo Cruz works in the area of exercise psychology. His research interests include research and innovation in the development of care models linked to different settings (i.e. community, occupational, clinical or school setting), addressed to promote health through physical activity using different behavioural approaches. He is also interested in the influence of physical activity on quality of life and health outcomes.
